Converting Google Maps to Garmin

Hello:

New to this forum. I have a 660 and want to import google maps routes to my Garmin. Apparently GPS visualizer is no longer working due to a change at google. I tried a couple of other pages but also got errors...Has anyone been successful importing ??

Garmin Basecamp can import Google KMZ. files and export GPX files.

Thats how I do it.
