With the current version of North America 2022.20 I find that routes are displaying in a very jagged almost like lighting bolt fashion point to point on a route the I had previously made. But if I change the active map to 2022.10 the route displays correctly and follows the road. I did notice that the same route did not follow the road but was slightly off.

I think it may not be just you. I had very little map detail when I updated to 2022.2 but 2022.1 was fine. 2022.2 later started working as expected.
