Help Please
I'm planning a trip in July and want to save waypoints to my XT but cant work out how.
I don't want to make routes to install on the xt as we're Planning on winging it so the waypoint will be destinations
I'm thinking it may be best to add them to favourites but cant work out how

There are a few ways to save waypoints on the XT, if you are riding / driving with the unit & get to a point that you wish to save, you simply 'press' the cursor on the map & follow the on screen instructions to name & save the waypoint.

You can also create waypoints in either Basecamp or Garmin Explore & send them to the XT either via USB or using the Garmin Drive App & Garmin Explore.
