So I am drawing a blank here, I forgot how to do make a waypoint in BC give me a proxy alert.

Can I just add a one mile alert on the properties tab?
Do I need to load them with the POI loader from a exported GPX file and have the super large ICON?

and if so do I have to import them in my 595?
