Hi All, I have a BMW F800GT and one of the known issues with them is that the engine isn't exactly the smoothest going and the vibrations off it have been known to kill the optical stabilisers on iphones (if you use them as a bar mounted Sat Nav). Weary of this I'm looking at buying a Zumo XT but understandably I'm a little cautous of strapping several hundred pounds worth of Sat Nav to the bars of a known lumpy beast least something similar should happen. So, the question is have for others is for those that also have other less than smooth bikes, have any issues caused by vibrations?

No... It' is a motorcycle specific design. It is built to handle the vibrations of a motorcycle. Have used mine on both my BMW R1150RT and my Husqvarna TE610 (on very rough gravel and off road trails) and it performs flawlessly.
