As I get more mobile and can do more walking and exercise I find that my capacity for 'thinking' and 'concentrating' is improving - not back to where it used to be, but definitely improving.
I am using "DB Browser for SQLite" https://sqlitebrowser.org/, Thanks @FrankB for the tip (As far as I remember, mentioned this tool to me).
If you just want to take a look only, you can use TripManager also.

Exactly.
You are able to control this behavior using [settings.db].[data_bool] Explore Sync Enabled = 0 (original value = 1)
The Tread app can stay installed and still has access to the Explore Cloud, but it no longer syncs with the device while using Explore Sync Enabled = 0

jfheath wrote: Mon May 04, 2026 11:33 am I assume that you have to edit a copy of the database file and save it back - or can it be edited in place ?
Of course, you have to modify a local DB copy.
I always use a truly current copy that I modify myself.
For just more in-depth analysis, I sometimes quickly use the copy from the TripManager Temp folder also.

Have fun—there's a lot to discover.
And there are many more databases on the device that will pique your interest.

Nice catch! These are the kind of experiments we need to make progress!
