No option to download maps to PC

The install to computer option is now located by clicking the large Manage Maps button when it says 'You're up to date!'

Pressing that gives this screen which allows you to insatll maps to the Zumo, to the SD card and to the Computer.

It also has a little message that indicates that it is still supporting use of the maps on Basecamp.

This is with the XT2 connected, maps v 2026.30, Express version 7.27.0. I had already installed the maps on the XT2 - but I do not think this is a pre-requisite.

I run latest version of Garmin Express and own BMW Navigator VI and Garmin XT2.
Garmin XT2 does not show option to install map to PC, not even second time I connect but BMW Navigator VI does show option to install map to PC.
My guess it is not just a Garmin Express version which blocks the install to PC

Don't worry about that. I couldn't find it either, and I was expecting it to be in the wrong place. The problem is that I knew where it was before - so that seems to make a difference. Basically, I didn't look properly at first.

I had always been able to do until now. I could see the map in Basecamp with ZumoXT2 connected. It had been updated a week ago on the device. But no option to add to computer when I connected today.
After searching here I disconnected the XT and reconnected it. Voila now the download option is there.
Strange behaviour.
