Please see the link to Garmin's lifetime maps definition that I posted above. I'm afraid Garmin are no longer updating some older map versions.
Assuming your device needs the NT version of the EU map no more updates will be provided. Your 1370 will continue to work with the map already loaded, and you could always add third party maps.
