But, I've been having problems unlocking maps that have been downloaded to my laptop. Now it doesn't even download the maps to it

Re-installing the maps to my 590 worked ok, and it has now downloaded the maps to the laptop. But they're still locked

OK, looks like you can now see again what update is available for the Zumo-XT without the XT being connected to your PC.

Same here. I guess there is not much point in deleting them fom the Zumo 590 and trying again?
