Yes, seems Google have now fixed the issue but as mine is working I'm not going to update yet. Would be good to know it does actually resolve the link with BC issue :)

Thanks for the update, I had despaired of ever getting the link to work.

It works like a charm!

The only sad thing - I had to reinstall GPSBabel on the C Drive, it was located on the D drive, still that is a minor thing.

Just a note of caution. On the Garmin forums there is still an issue with the link on 4.7 so stick with 4.6 if you want the link to GE.

So, having installed version 4.7 (and cannot link to GE) how do I revert back to 4.6 (if possible)?
As Alan sh notes, GE 32 bit works fine on Mapsource.

You can download the 4.6.2 exe file from the Perry site, although it's in the MapSource folder.

I did - install failed and it clobbered my version 4.7

EDIT: I reinstalled 4.7 then explicitly deleted it using Windows 10 programs app. Then I installed 4.6.2 as an administrator. All is working fine now including GE link.

Thanks

Back to 4.6.2 as well now. Just needed to import the two "Alldata" and two "Allfolder" files from 4.7 into 4.6 so that the routes etc made in 4.7 now show in 4.6.2.
