Hi there, I'm coming from an 11-years old Zumo 660, just noticed that XT does not have the 3D maps. Any suggestion to add them?

I think you will find there are: Page 13 instruction manual. There are also shortcut icon on the right hand side of the main map page.
Changing the map perspective
1 Select Settings > Map & Vehicle > Driving Map View.
2 Select an option:
• Select Track Up to display the map in two dimensions (2-
D), with your direction of travel at the top.
• Select North Up to display the map in 2-D with north at
the top.
• Select 3-D to display the map in three dimensions.
Select save.

Actually I was referring to the capability to see buildings shapes during 3D navigation and, for the main attractions, also a kind of picture.
On my Zumo I have both CN Europe NT v.2020.20 and CN Europe NT Basic 3D as map loaded, on the XT CN Europe NTU Foursquare v.2020.30, TopoActive PS Europe v.2019.20, CN Europe NTU v.2020.30.
Apparently the Basic 3D is not part of the package, maybe is just linked to the NT version?
