Zumo xt frozen

Hi , my Garmin zumo xt ( 5 years old ) always worked fine , was out on my motorcycle yesterday and all was fine, parked up and when I came back I turned on ignition and zumo screen was frozen at screen which asks for you to "agree" , despite repeatedly pressing agree it was frozen so did the soft reset by holding in power button for 15 seconds , Unit powered down, came back on but is now frozen at as per image attached, it just keeps coming back to this screen even when I connect USB cable to my laptop
If anyone can help or direct next best action please.

If you also have an SD card in the device, try removing SD Card and trying again.

It's just a suggestion, I don't have any personal experience with this, but testing without the SD card can't hurt, and SD cards can sometimes cause unexplained problems.


Next, you could try rolling back to a previous system SW version (and then updating it again).
