There are lots of ways to 'send to' in TripManager.
Could you provide more info what you do exactly?

I dont have the answer yet, can you post the GPX here, or send me a PM?
Using both Tracks and Complete Routes is not needed, if there are tracks in the GPX.
My guess is that there are no tracks in the GPX.
Tripmanager can generate a track from a route, but only if the route is from Basecamp. For MRA you need to export GPX 1.1 Route+Track.
You are using Trk2Rt, how exactly?
