Has anyone experienced reCAPTCHA issues on installation?

There is a discussion on the Garmin forum in which two folks have reported being unable to get past reCAPTCHA during installation. Has anyone experienced this, or have any thoughts about what might be going on? The discussion is recent and applies to a new installation so I assume v7.28.

I've never encountered a CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA when downloading or installing Garmin software. I'd suggest those users verify they are downloading from garmin.com and not some scam site.

Thanks @lkraus. I didn't remember a reCAPTCHA type verification either but I'm still on GE 7.24 so it has been awhile since I did an installation, and I distrust my 'remembering' more and more as the days go by.

Edit: A post has been made on the Garmin forum by a Garmin rep who said "This is something that is being looked into." and to watch the thread for updates. This makes it sound like it is a known issue. Hmmm, this makes me want to run a GE installer just to see if there is indeed a reCAPTCHA, but I'm very reluctant to do so. I need ruminate on it for a while.
