I have a PC at work. I can transfer GPX tracks from my computer to the Garmin all day long. But, I have a Mac at home. When I connect the USB up to it the Garmin goes into file transfer mode (just like when I hook up to the PC) BUT it never shows up on the Mac. I can take the micro SD card out of the Garmin, slide it in an adapter, insert it in the Mac, and it reads that with no problem-and I can tranfer GPX files onto that, reinsert the micro SD into the Garmin, and import files then....
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Jim

Re: Have issues connecting to Mac..
This is because a Mac can't mount an Android device on the desktop without some help. I use an app called OpenMTP that works very well on my iMac.
