I just tried to start Basecamp. The icon lights up and flashes and then the screen returns to the previous view (whatever was up when I activate Basecamp. I have restarted the computer three times and the same things happens.
The Basecamp tool bar shows across the top of the screen but nothing I do will bring the Basecamp screen into view.
The image shows the screen after I select Basecamp.
Any ideas on how to get the Basecamp screen to show on the computer screen???????

Re: Basecamp Fails to Start on MacBook
Are you running OS 26 (Tahoe)? My iMac won't run it, but I have 26 on my iPhone and iPad and they both have some display issues. The biggest is that on a cold start, the number pad for entering my password is missing some numbers. They display as blank circles. The reason I'm boring you with this is that I'm convinced it's a screen/display issue embedded in the new OS because toggling light/dark and some of the other display options in 26 fixes the problem, but only until the next full restart. I think Apple let the 26es out the door without enough testing.

Re: Basecamp Fails to Start on MacBook
I am running Sequoia 15.6.1. And, I have had similar issues (not many) before with other applications.
So, I thank you for your response and if I find any more information I will post it here.

Re: Basecamp Fails to Start on MacBook
OK, not a 26 issue and probably not a Basecamp issue. Have you tried creating a new user account and testing with just BC and your browser? If it "fixes" the problem then there is likely some corruption in a system file. This kind of issue is very frustrating and hard to diagnose. I ended up doing a "nuke and re-pave" fresh installation into a new user account when my iMac OS decided that the search function should stop working in every app and the Finder.
