As much as i like the hardware of the XT2, i'm quite dissapointed with the software.
Not only that, just the horrendously slow updates and downright ignoring most complaints.

The nonsense with the tread app messing with shaping points...
The ideal temporary solution would be to just make it compatible with Garmin Drive.

I did get my XT2 cheap, the previous owner switched to one of those chinese units.
That softens the blow a little, but if i paid full price for this.. I would've felt scammed.

The only reason i keep it is because the Connected Ride Navigator is worse.
And the XT2 works with my BMW's wonderwheel, which is something i quite enjoy.

It'll probably be the last Garmin product i'll ever purchase though.

@bikedavid55 The USB connector isn't designed for the sort of vibration it will be subjected to on a motorcycle. You might reach out to Garmin support to get the original mount power connector replaced. They do seem to be rather helpful with hardware issues.

I contacted Garmin and they are replacing the entire unit and power connector. a rubber bumper seems to have come off which caused the problem.
