Second Android device syncing (Tread app)

Hi folks,

is there any way to sync the second android device?

When I activate my Garmin account on the tablet, only a few WP and some routes are synced, but the rest of the tracks and collections are not synced.

Despite having it for a whole day, they do not synchronize.

Is there any way to have the phone and tablet synced with the same account and have it work properly?

Change the name of a route - eg add a full stop and save it. See if that works. If it doesn't, change the name on the other device. Two full stops and save it.

I'm not going to explain.
Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !

As I mentioned above, the problem is with syncing tracks and collections, not routes. Routes do sync on the second device.

Have you tried syncing a couple of Basecamp tracks, for example? They are not syncing on my tablet. On the mobile / XT2 / web Explore they are syncing, but not on the second device (in this case the tablet).

Did you try editing the name ?

Ok I'll explain. The synch process seems to know which device it came from - so it can keep track of which way the updates go.
When you have two devices, this messes the process a bit.
So making an edit to anything makes that device become the owner of the route, track, waypoint. It seems to create a new ID number for itself. And it has the effect of forcing a synch.

Its only a casual observation. But it worked a few times for me. I don't have tread installed at the moment as I am working on something else without Tread. So I cannot check anything out for a while.

Yes, that was the first thing I tried, changing the name to force syncing, but it didn't work. I've also tried switching between my Garmin accounts on the tablet to see if starting a new account would start syncing. Every time I start the account, some of my WP and routes are synced. All the collection names are there, but nothing else (tracks and other collection content) isn't synced.
