Tread App problems

What is the reason the Explore Library does not appear in the Tread App when using the XT2. I'm trying to send a GPX files from my Galaxy Phone to my XT2 either by WIFI or Bluetooth. Does anyone have a fix for this, please?

I’ve seen this issue before; if the Explore Library isn’t showing in the Tread app, it’s often due to a missing link with your Garmin Explore account. Make sure you're signed into the same Garmin account on both apps. Also, check that Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled on your Galaxy phone. A good workaround is importing the GPX file into the Explore app first, then syncing it to your XT2.

If all else fails, then e-mail the gpx file to yourself, and then open up the e-mail and select the file, and on my Samsung phone an option to open it up is using Tread. After some time the XT2 and Tread will synchronise the gpx. I like this idea as I can go back and start again if I wish to take out any adjustments I made.
