It's probably done again,
I installed the latest Garmin Express 7.25 update today.
With Garmin Express 7.25 the option install on computer is available again.
The option is available again, I will test whether it works later.

In any case, I'm also keeping 7.23, you never know
And I will probably save 7.25 as well
