It appears that CN NA NT 2024.1 has some sections of road missing.
I updated my Zumo XT with CN NA NT 2024.1 when it became available.
I always keep several older versions on my computer.
Three weeks ago I created some routes in northern Georgia and when I tried to recalculate they would not follow the route.
Looking closely I could see that there was a section of road missing.
In Basecamp I changed to CN NA NT 2023.2 version and the road section was there so I recalculated the route and created a track.
When navigating the route on the Zumo XT that now has CN NA NT 2024.1 maps it gave me errors so I followed the track.
Last Sunday I had the same problem with a route in the North Carolina mountains.
I called Garmin and was able to show them there was a road section missing.
I was told they would correct it in the next map update.
I asked if there was a way to revert the maps in my Zumo XT and they told me I couldn't do that.

I have heard of folks reporting their road as a map error in and attempt to keep GPS routed traffic off. I wonder how prevalent that is. I too have encountered roads, and just a stretch of road, that were routed around for no apparent reason. Often, but not always, they are incorrectly identified as unpaved.
