CN EU 2023.2 NTU is available

Frustratingly, still the same for me - here is a pic of the only Map options I have!

Yes that is dissapointing.
All I can say is the entire fix was at the Garmin end, I just updated the device when Garmin support said to and a new map update was available immediately.
Have you refreshed? have internet connection?

It now looks like this, the change is "Europe" instead of "Southern Europe", the device has 2 maps, Southern and Northern Europe and I now have street maps for England.

My understanding is that each individual needs to contact Garmin Support, they then fix the update to your personal device...

Yes, I have checked a few times to see if it has changed yet - I had contacted support again yesterday (this time by email rather than the Chat line) so I am waiting to hear from them. It's not a huge problem at the moment as its not being used in the near future, but still a little frustrating!

Anyway, glad yours is sorted, I'm sure they will fix mine in due course.

I find phone works best if you have the time, and you can tell them there are support cases for other people with the same problem.
I work on the assumption that if they don't ask for your GarminDevice.xml then they are not taking you seriously! but there may be exceptions.

All sorted now, I checked Garmin express a couple of times yesterday with no change for the 390, but this morning it was showing an update - connected the 390 and it loaded Europe North & South as it should have done in the first place!

Hi all I have a 590 and Garmin Express says i have no updates(apart from a voice update) and my map is 2023.1. Is there a reason why i have not got the update?

Note this update is the NTU map, some older devices use the NT map, no release for that map yet, not sure if that is the issue with your 590?

Ah ok, it's not that then! I did see mention that the 2023.20 had been pulled for certain models, so maybe that's the issue.
