Have you tried deleting the downloaded map data already on your PC? Think you'll need to do that first, at least I did and it then worked.

but HOW do I delete the downloaded map data

It will show as an installed programme in Windows settings. Go to "Add/Remove" programme in settings. Simply type "add/remove" in the search box at the bottom left of your screen and follow the instructions

if you have installed maps to Basecamp on a PC or Mac then the old version should be available, as I state above. It will need to be a version of the maps previously unlocked to your Zumo using Garmin Express.

there is an option in Garmin Express to copy the maps currently on your device to your PC. Click "map options"

However, if you did not do this when 2020.20 was the current version, then you cannot get them now.

Many people do not use Basecamp but my recommendation is to at least install map details on a PC/Mac as a back up.
