There is an issue reported regarding the option in Express to load maps to the computer. Some folks attributed the problem to this new release, but that is not the case.
I have checked Express version 7.3.1.0 and updated to version 7.4.0.0. Using either version, the option to load maps to the computer is still available. This issue appears to be unique to the Zumo XT with the newest firmware. There is some interaction between the XT and Express, so that Express no longer shows that option when it sees an XT. I have tested this on a Nuvi 54, Zumo 450, 550 and 590. They all worked.
