Hello. The Zumo will not power up.

I have swopped the battery for a known good one, this one also is charged and works in the other Zumo as well. Won’t power up.

I have put the unit into a known good bike cradle and it will not power up.

I have used usb lead into the PC and it will not light up or communicate in any way.

I’m assuming it’s snafu , but is there anything else that can be tried?

I have never experienced that issue with my 660. So, the only suggestion I would make is that repair might be a possibility from the Palm Doctor. I had my 550 repaired by him and it still works like new.

did you put your finger solidly on the bottom right of the screen while turning on the power just keep your finger there till it tries to boot maybe
