BMW Motorrad 550

My BMW 550 Zumo has music which is not loaded onto the Sd card and is found under the "Genre" section,please, please help me to get rid of it!
I've looked the Garmin folder in finder on my iMac but can't track down where these files are stored, they are driving me mad, especially the "House' and "Techno" so called music! They play at random times in the middle of my tastefully selected music on my SD card and I can't figure out how to delete them.
Any suggestions please!
