Just adding to this to clear up confusion between NT and NTU maps. Older devices use NT maps, newer use NTU. Your 1490 uses NT but I'm not sure about your Zumo, I suspect it should be NTU.

This depends on how the maps got there. If you sent them using MapInstall they should be in a folder named Map on your device or card (if you have one installed). Not necessarily, but I'm confused by the fact you have a NTU map on your device but are downloading NT maps to BaseCamp. How are you obtaining these NT maps? You should be being offered NTU maps if your device has lifetime maps?

I can't as I've updated all my devices. It'll work for you too but it won't if someone buys a new device with maps already up to date. Express won't even show an update until the next map release. Not if you bought a device with up to date maps, Express won't offer a map update or reinstall until a new map is out.

If you don't it can only be because you've recently bought the device and it has the latest maps. Once you do your first update after the next map release you will be able to.

Have you been able to update the maps on your device? If so you should have the Install options when you select the map in Express. See also the instructions alan sh mentioned.

Run Express and click on the Install options. Select Install to PC only.
