Rae it really depends on what you actually want to do with it all For me I just receive calls if its important! So I connect my headset straight to the phone for calls and my phone says who is calling when connected to a bluetooth headset If I want to make calls I stop and fiddle with it rather than...

It's not a good idea to provide power like this as the vibrations can destroy the usb port on the XT

Stripping of shaping points always results in a route being destroyed when it recalculates no matter your start or entry point! This is the same as using gpx 1.2 for export in Myrouteapp There is nothing there to keep the route when it recalculates I had the same happen to me on a route a few years ...

@Peobody thats right it only recalculates that section and the rest is untouched
I have been lucky and mine have got me back on track pretty quickly and we'll before the via/shaping point

Double check all volume levels on the zumo the phone and the headset
Some volume controls override others and you may need to turn the Bluetooth volume up on the phone once connected

Go in to the settings on the phone for the connected bluetooth devices and turn off calls for the headset to phone and enable it in the settings for the zumo.
