Re: 395 Turning off and On
Hi,
Had exactly the same thing on my 396 and it was one of the two spring loaded contact pins in the cradle. It was stuck in and not making contact properly. A little bit of contact spray and a few gentle pushes in and out, now works perfectly.

Re: Staying with a pre-planned route
Agreed, I have promised myself I will try and be a little more patient with BC and attempt more routes using it. I do like MRA as it is very clear and simple to use though. Great trip to France, made a lot less stress free knowing that when the zumo rerouted, it was rerouting to my planned route. I...

Re: CARDO PACKTALK BOLD DUO
Used them in France last week, and they were excellent.
When back in range, they connected back up immediately. Have to say, that's the best laugh I've had on a motorcycle for years, the Packtalks made it a hoot.

Re: Following route created on Basecamp
Thanks for the replies. At the moment I am still a bit apprehensive that when I start the route from the actual location that it will follow my chosen route with Shaping Points, or will do as it is currently doing from my home location, and just simply recalculate it's prefered route to the destina...

Re: Staying with a pre-planned route
Hi guys, I've probably been one of the biggest moaners about the 346/396. I've also moaned about using BC as I find it far too complicated and finicky to use. I've just got back from France using the 346 to navigate some pre-planned routes. Prepare yourselves.....IT WORKED PERFECT AND AS I HAVE BEEN...
