Re: Cardo Packtalk Firmware update 5.3 (November 20th, 2019)
Mine's is done. Installed the "updater" but it didn't recognise my unit at first two attempts. Plugged it in for the third time and off it went. I assume it was still installing something in the background, so may pay to give it a little while before you try to update the unit.

Re: Just Joined
Welcome buddy. You will love the boxer engine, loads of grunt everywhere you need it. And for a 4 seater sofa, they handle incredibly well.

Re: Zumo 396 Audio
If it's the same as my Cardo Packtalk, you can adjust them as you use them. You just need to adjust the volume on the headset as each one is actually speaking / playing. Does that make sense??
ie: as the nav is giving a direction, turn the headset up/down on the headset itself

Re: Zumo 396 Audio
Confirmed, bluetooth only on the 396 for earphones, headsets etc.
Only two things you have access to on the back of the unit, is a rubber cover which pulls back to charge the unit or connect to a pc, and the larger rubber cover for the microsd card

Re: MyRouteApp
I use the Gold membership on MRA which does use the Garmin/HERE maps. So far, it's the only way I can get it to do what I want it to do. I would just use BC, but I always mess it up making the route somehow, but that's down to me and not fully knowing what does what with it it. And I leave it in car...

Re: MyRouteApp
I have found the best way so far, is to make a route using MRA, then save it as 1.0 before importing it into Basecamp. I then change all but the start and finish ( maybe a lunch stop in the middle too) to "do not alert on arrival" . This makes them shaping points as opposed to waypoints, a...
