That was my way of thinking just thought I'd ask the experts.

I have several locations of passes that may be required on our up coming trip
I would like to save them to the XT so that I could use them as possible waypoints
any Ideas which would be the best way to do this please

@Scarecrow Have you tried deleting the downloaded map data already on your PC? Think you'll need to do that first, at least I did and it then worked. Sorry Sussamb I'm not That computer literate but HOW do I delete the downloaded map data It will show as an installed programme in Windows settings. ...

I have managed to download map update to PC but its now saying maps are locked

ok still having problems loading CN EU 2023.10 onto 2nd computer
anyone know where i can find GC 7.12.1 to download

as earlier post I had to revert to earlier GE
I've tried it on my second PC and it still wont load maps to PC with GE 7.13.1 for some reason

This MIGHT work if you have
CN Europe on your PC Select all the maps on PC ant transfer to device
