Just installed CNNA NT 2023.20 on my computer (MacBook) and my two Garmin (665 and 660). No issues but I have only looked at the maps on the GPS and have not used them for directions yet.

There many be another option you might try. Download the maps to your computer and then try using Garmin Mapinstall. I have used it on occasion. It still works with my 665.
