What you can do on the 396 is got to apps > Tracks > Active > click a track > then the wrench and save the track. Save all the tracks you want to keep before you clear the track log

I connected my Zumo 396 to my Windows PC to load some routes with Baecamp. It was showing as fully charged. I disconnected to turn it own to import the new routes but it won't power on. I also tried it in it's cable on the motorcycle and nothing.

I too had a 32 gig card in my Zumo. I took it out just now and tried another route. Still running very slow, in fact it seems to be stuck on 50%. However it did connect to my PC quicker. Update: the route failed to save and the Zumo crashed!

After updating my 350 to CN NA 2023.2 it is very slow to save new routes. I have a metered satelite internet so I downloaded the update to my PC only then used Mapsource to transfer to my 350 and 396. The 396 saves routes twice as fast as the 350.

When I connect my Zumo 390 to my PC I get a message from Windows 10 that says: There is a problems with this drive. Scan the drive now and fix it. I have been ignoring this. Windows takes a minute or so to recognize the unit as a drive but does with now problem and the unit seems to work fine.
