The WaayPoint Zumo Lock has been "Sent to the country of destination" for 3 weeks now. Bummed to see that others have waited months. I have a long trip planned and really want the GPS to be secured. I'll quit whining now and suck it up! ;) I finally got my Zumolock today in California. US...

The new option to disable the Speed Limit Reduction Alert works great.
Now there is no alert tone and no 8 seconds of silence.
Works perfectly now.

And I can choose 20 over, 15 over, 10 over, 5 over, at the speed limit or OFF. Also, choose differently for citytraffic or outside. Where exactly are you getting these options? Zumo Lock shipped it out to California within a week.

The US Post Office tracked down my package, and it is sitting in Customs in NY City.
Evidently they are understaffed and busy.

But if you mute the XT during your ride, you would not get the audio directions for a planned route.
They made every audio alert optional except the Speed Reduction Alert.
Must be some kind of liability issue from their lawyers.

The Zumo Lock I had for my Zumo 595 was excellent and easy to use.
