I would guess that was because you reinstalled Basecamp. That means that you got rid of all of the registry entries which tells Basecamp where to look for the files. Just had another quick look at my screen shots. I think you are right. I am wrong. Sorting is by date / time only. Proximity doesn't come into it. I was fooled by one of the screen shots whic supported my beliefs - but the others didn't. I'm getting careless in my old age !
