Hurrah!! Thanks Peobody. I renamed the ProductDataCache directory as you suggested and re-opened BC. A new version of the ProductDataCache directory was created, and when I opened BC again the drop down 'All Points of Interest' was fully populated. I will let Garmin support know your solution. Many thanks for the answers to my 'Find Option' problems. I have loaded 2025.1 onto my PC and it works fine. The issue is that on my laptop when I use the 'Find Options' there is a number of options missing in the actual drop down list of 'All Points of Interest' in 2025.1 compared to those in 2024....

Finally got 2025.1 onto my PC after several attempts. HOWEVER, Although the maps show in Bascamp and are unlocked, only about half of the points of interest are showing in the 'Find Options' drop down. I have just heard from Garmin support that errors loading 2025.1 are known. A new version of GE 7.20.1 is available which should have solved the problems with MSI.
