Hi mates, I own also a ATAS 23 Honda and I haven't yet attempted to make the bluetooth connections.
My view is that you can't use both, but since you have guidance and music via Garmin, my opinion is this.
1. connect Garmin only to your headset via bluetooth
2.then connect garmin to your iPhone via ...
