You're right. I had indeed used it once. But that was several months ago.
I stupidly didn't record the PIN at the time, thinking that I would remember it. A bad mistake!
So I had to ask him again recently. And that's when he gave me the wrong code initially.
But we got there in the end.

Re: Zumo 660 - Lost PIN
Well gentlemen, the enigma has been solved!
The previous owner remembered changing the PIN code. It works with the updated code. Hooray.
Now it's time for a stiff drink

Re: Zumo 660 - Lost PIN
Thanks so much for your suggestion. I tried the following, as per the website: Models zumo: 660 1. Turn off the navigator. 2. Press the LOWER left corner of the screen . 3. Turn on the navigator still holding the lower left corner of the screen + power button. All that did was recalibration, after ...

Re: Zumo 660 - Lost PIN
Yep. They definitely gave me the correct PIN.
I actually used that PIN code a few months ago myself, after I got the bike and successfully got in, just to have a go and confirm that the ZUMO worked. Which it did. No worries at the time ... but now it rejects the PIN. Strange indeed!

Re: Lost PIN - New member query
It's rejecting the PIN as wrong.
The message "Incorrect PIN. Return to the security location" then comes up.
According to the manual, finding yourself in that location would automatically provide access on the Zumo. But that's too far away for me.

Re: Lost PIN - New member query
Hi all, to be clear .... the Zumo 660 will no longer accept the PIN code. That is the issue. Going to the 'security location' is not feasible ... it is reportedly 2500km away. I tried the old '1234' code. I've tried turning on and off several times. If any of you have any suggestions how to get ...

Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestions and no go.
Chucking a mickey is an Aussie term. Another one is having a hissy fit.
It basically means "The computer says no!" But you probably already worked that out.
Cheers
