Thanks, no it doesn't give me the option to store destinations in "Saved", only to "Waypoints", so I've saved my addresses there and created a "Family and Friends" collection, albeit I'm uncertain how "collections" works as it's barely mentioned in the manual.

That's interesting as the manual makes no mention of saving destinations as waypoints. Its instructions for saving a location are:

"Search for a location (Finding a Location by Category).
From the search results, select a location.
Select Information > Save.
If necessary ...

Am a new owner of a XT2 and I don't seem to have a "Saved" destinations icon. I've read the relevant bits of the manual and that says I should have it - I should select "Where To? > Saved". When I select "Where to?", lots of categories pop up like "Go Home", "Address", "Waypoints", but not "Saved ...
