Yes, that is how my old Garmins were adjusted to suit my style, but I cannot figure out how to do it on the 595.

I recently bought a Zumo 595LM and wonder whether I can alter the speeds it uses to calculate more accurately the ETA on a journey and reflect my riding style. I have managed to do it on my other Garmins, but I cannot see a method of doing it on the 595. Can anyone help? TIA
