Re: 340lm

The bike mount on these units has two sprung contacts. Sometimes they stick. Try lubing them with a bit of WD40 and pushing them in and out. Once they are moving again the unit should charge.

You can report the issue with the map to HERE maps to get rectified.

Re: Shaping point question

Am I remembering correctly that when I go off-route, and then return to it on the other side of a shaping point, that the XT will continue navigating as if the shaping point never existed? Assumption: The shaping point is a non-alerting waypoint. It should. I was testing the new Android Auto MRA ne...

Re: Problem pinning me down?

I've never encountered that with my XT? Factory reset may cure it if its a glitch in the operating system. Just guessing mind!

Re: Weird Routing Behaviour (2)

AH @ Plainmad. Its not just me then. I was using this route to come back home from Connemara on Wednesday. Because of time constraints I decided to cut off the loop going to Clifden. (this was a route doctored to be saved using the java script) I stopped at Leenaun to delete the two waypoints on thi...

Try a temporary connection to another battery? Easy access like a car battery?

Re: Java program to fix the routing behaviour of the XT.

Loaded the Java converter works perfectly. Much more speedy than editing the Hex files. Many thanks for all your work on this folks. I regularly use a zumo XT and Zumo 390 on two different bikes thought I was going a bit mad with the XT :) Files imported into the 390 behave as expected and are calle...
