Been on to Garmin UK support this morning.
Apparently it's a known issue with the Zumo 390 - it seems they have no idea yet when or how a fix will be made unfortunately.
I'll update this thread when I know more.

Hi everyone. I've searched but can't seem to find a solution so I hope someone may be able to help me. I've just updated - or tried to - my old Zumo 390 LM which had European maps on which included GB and Ireland. After going through the Express update process it now has CN Europe NTU - 2023.10 Cent...
