It will probably depend on if you go through the point or not!

I tend to put stops on the main roads so if I don't stop it doesn't matter

Anyone tried ITN converter? http://www.benichou-software.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4&itemid=3&lang=en I used it when I had a tom tom I found the maps smoother than basecamp and adding waypoints to for the route just makes them shaping points but you still have to import it to...

Basecamp a bit clunky

Is it just me or is basecamp a bit clunky?

IE its not as smooth and as detailed as google maps?

Unless I know where I am going I find it hard to plan routes on basecamp and also finding locations is hit and miss!

Any tips that will help? or is it just a case of getting on with it!

I have just loaded the new version, in the middle of planning a motorcycle trip, the route does not follow the roads any more just sends out a straight line as if it does not recognise the maps anymore, any ideas what this may mean or am I doing something wrong in my route planning. It was all work...

You need a pc/laptop and you need to transfer it from there
