I use my Zumo for on the road navigation so as long as the icon on the map on the screen aligns fairly close to the ahead that I can see that's all that worries me. If I was using it for geo caching for similar I would be concerned about accuracy.

My original post was over 6 months ago. At the time I had read that there were some issues with some KTM models. There is no way I can go back and find the original source now.

Lithium batteries do not like to be fully discharged. The overall battery life is most likely compromised.
If I was going to the trouble of taking the Zumo apart I would have purchased a brand new battery and installed that rather than trying to resurrect the old one.

I also use a Sena 50S and iPhone XR connected to the XT (but not each other). Altho the Sena updated on the last recharge (9-23-22) everything is still working including texts.
