The 450 uses the same cable. I have tried 3 different one on each gps, one of the three is the new Garmin cable that came with the xt. I had the same results on all three cables and three different USB outlets.

Yes it worked with my old 450, my friends xt and my xt once but it took a but to get mine to work. The only time mine worked it was right after we tried my friend xt. That’s why I’m confused about it too. It worked once it should work always.

I went through the GPS as per your instructions and everything was set properly. I went and checked to ensure that express was killed. The only thing running was basecamp and emails.
