This is a long shot, but... My Zumo XT won't charge when it is turned off. So I set the display intensity to it's lowest level and leave it on the charger (turned on) for a few hours. I corrected the flag in my profile. This unit was purchased for the U.S. market; it was shipped with NA maps.

I did update the firmware and maps on the unit with GE. Thanks.

So my Zumo XT was replaced under warranty; now I have a new unit and the old unit was returned.

Does this mean I need to delete/reinstall the City Navigator North America NT 2022.2 map in BaseCamp?

Yes, I am turning the unit off with a long press of the physical power button at the rear of the unit. Eventually I see the "turn off the device" prompt/message and touch the off button on the display. I do see the progress bar when the unit powers up.
