I've already tried to delete GarminDevice.xml couple times and after reboot I could see 3.15 again:

<SoftwareVersion>315</SoftwareVersion>

Is it possible that the device is updated, but the ver num is wrong? How can I check the actually ver num?

Try to update firmware via Garmin Express, completely follow the instructions, but after reboot nothing happens, firmware ver still 3.15
And I've also tried to update via exe file from the Perry site yesterday.

Are there any other options for update?
