I ordered a ZumoLock a couple of weeks ago and it arrived about 4 days later. Then again, to get to the UK it didn't have to cross the Atlantic, or deal with USPS!

And I can choose 20 over, 15 over, 10 over, 5 over, at the speed limit or OFF. Also, choose differently for citytraffic or outside. Where exactly are you getting these options?
