It has ANT+ support because that's what the XT uses to communicate with the Inreach device..

With its ability to update itself via WiFi, I suppose it is not out of the question that a TPMS app could be added at a later date. Perhaps if Garmin hears the demand they might respond, the better to sell the sensors. Unless they've included ANT+ support, the XT will never have a TPMS that is comp...
